Jennifer Hill is a seasoned expert in revenue management and commercial strategy, specializing in a profit-based collaboration model that integrates all commercial disciplines to drive optimal business performance. As Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Kalibri Labs, Jennifer works closely with clients to identify strategic priorities and tailor solutions that enhance revenue and profit generation capabilities.
With nearly two decades of experience spanning operations and revenue strategy, Jennifer has worked with third-party management companies as well as branded and independent hotels in major markets. Her expertise in data-driven decision-making and innovative revenue strategies has positioned her as a leading voice in the industry.
Jennifer is an active member of HSMAI, serving on the Revenue Optimization Advisory Board and co-chairing the HSMAI Revenue Optimization Conference (ROC) from 2020 to 2022. She has also been a part of the HSMAI Washington DC Chapter Advisory Board since 2015. Her contributions to the industry have earned her multiple accolades, including being named one of HSMAI’s Top 25 Minds in Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Optimization (2017) and receiving the Revenue Management Professional of the Year award (2014).
Jennifer holds a BA in American History from Mercer University. When traveling, she loves discovering local street art, adding an artistic lens to her exploration of new places.
